A New Year, means a new start.  And personally for me, that means creating a list of intentions.  So on New Year's Eve, my partner and I spent some time writing a list of intentions that we would love to see happen in our lives in 2017.  Roll into 2017 with optimism and positivity and be consistent!  Here are some things that can help you take full advantage of this new year!
