4. Happiness Instead of Overwhelm

I remember about a year ago feeling extremely overwhelmed with the amount of laundry I had to do. I had gone from one to two kids, and the laundry doubled. My partner offered to help and I was so grateful. Later, when I went into our laundry room, there were four piles of clean clothes on the floor. Nothing was folded or put away and overwhelm turned to panic and I knew it was time to create a laundry system.

But here's the funny thing about systems: if you're not consistent, you'll easily find your way back to overwhelm. And I'll be honest, I'm not completely happy with our laundry situation right now, so I'm currently working to find a better solution. But I want to share a few things that make it more manageable and help you feel happiness instead of overwhelm.
