Happiness Is A Piece Of Cake
I was recently asked to share my thoughts on a book titled '365 Days of Happiness - Because happiness is a piece of cake! By Jacqueline Pirtle. And what a gem of a book!! I really enjoyed reading it. I completed it within two weeks, but the intention behind the book truly is to read a page a day.
It’s recommended to keep next to your bed so that it starts off your morning with inspiration that nourishes you on all levels...Mind, Body, Soul and Consciousness.
What Jacqueline Pirtle has done is taken her own experiences and recreated it for us to use as a tool. So this is your step-by-step guide to being completely happy. Let me share what she wrote in her introduction.
"I decided to spend every day of 2017 devoted to my own happiness. I wrote every single day about the things I do to honor my own joy, and I used these writings to create this 365 day step-by-step guide, so I could teach you how to shift to BE and live in a "high for life" frequency of happiness too-no matter where you are in your life right now. I started writing these for myself, but I have a little sneaky intent to touch your heart every day and initiate new learning, understanding, knowledge, and wisdom for you to get closer to your true, authentic self."
I love this so much. I’m truly a big fan of anyone who shares what they’re learning to help make the world a happier place.
Okay, so I’m going to share day 56, from '365 days of Happiness'... so you can get an idea of what this book is all about...
Sharing is caring!
Sharing in an act of the heart and it has the power to open, nourish, and heal hearts. When you share you shift yourself, who you share with, and what you share, to BE and live in the "high for life" frequency of the heart.
Sharing is also how our universe naturally works, just think of the fact that we are all energy, connected, and share our energies at all times. It never goes against the natural flow and has the added benefit of touching hearts.
So what could you share today?
A smile, a hug, a compliment, kindness, compassion, appreciation, gratitude, laughter and happiness, your time, thoughts or feelings, your heart and love, your listening ear or wise words, your lunch, a story, a joke, your success and knowledge, clothing, a blanket, your home, car, money, or help in other ways.
Be generous and make it a sharing, caring day!
That IS happiness!
Ah! So many great ideas! I know I'm inspired and can’t wait to use some of Jacqueline's ideas to bring more happiness to my own life. And my children!
And, perhaps you’ll feel inspired to pick up a copy. And if you do, I’d love to hear what you think! Send me an email - sandyjamieson7@gmail.com
Have a beautiful day!
