Make Time For Friends

I’ve had 4 girls nights in a row this past week, ending with my girlfriend and her daughter having a sleepover on Saturday night. (My girls have been begging me for a sleepover for years!!)

And what an incredible 4 days that was.

It has been such a phenomenal learning and growing experience, that reflecting leaves me in awe.

The conversations and the value of my friendships are so strong and so positive that even though I’m still putting the pieces of my life back together, I feel so much gratitude in my heart and I wouldn’t change a thing.

The people I have in my life are outstanding. Starting with reaching new heights with my family…to old friends back in my life, to incredible new friends. The appreciation that I feel when I think about the network of people I am surrounded by, is immeasurable.

When we do our own personal work and we face our reality and we take the time to reflect and heal (This past year has provided a ton of healing!) we learn that our journey becomes about accepting help, letting people in, being honest with ourselves and others…and offering support.

I have learned so much about the true value of friendships.

And so my message to you…make sure you’re sharing your story, and making space for someone to share there’s. Open up. Be vulnerable. Be real. Create the kind of friendships you deserve.

We’re not meant to live alone on this planet.

We’re here to connect, learn and grow together.

So make a commitment to doing more of that.

Make time for the people that fill you up…and fill others cups too. You’ll be happy you did. I promise!

Wishing you more peace, balance, happiness, vibrant health and lasting love.
